1. General
1.1. BPS Ltd is the owner of the e-signproof.com website, e-mail: contact@e-signproof.com, processes your personal data in the context of your use of our products ("Products") or your platform (" Platform "and, with the products," Services "). 3. Why we process your data?
3.1. Purpose: Data processing pursues the following objectives:
• Provide and improve services;
• Customer relationship management, including newsletters
• Security and stability of Services.
3.2. The legality of the processing: The legality of the processing (Art. 6 GDPR) follows from:
• 3.2.1. Your consent, when we asked for your express consent in accordance with the GDPR (RGPD in French) at the time of your registration
• 3.2.2. The need to perform the contract, because your data is necessary for a satisfactory use of the Services in accordance with the GDPR (RGPD in French)
• 3.2.3. The necessity for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Company or by a third party in accordance with the GDPR (RGPD in French)

• 4.3.2. When certain service providers are used, the data is transferred to beneficiaries in third countries, namely the United States. All service providers are part of the EU-US privacy shield or adhere to sufficient data protection standards.
5. Data storage and security
5.1. Storage period: We store your data as long as you are a registered user of the product. Beyond that, we only store data if it is legally necessary (due to warranty, limitation or retention periods) or otherwise required.
5.2. Deletion: The data will be deleted if you revoke (a) your consent to storage b) The data is no longer necessary to fulfill the user contract concerning the product, or (c) storage is or becomes legally inadmissible. A request for deletion does not affect the data, if storage is legally necessary, for example for accounting purposes.
5.3. Security measures: To avoid unauthorized access to data and generally secure data, we apply the following security measures: encrypted transmission, encrypted storage, authorization concept, data backup concept and physical security measures for servers. These security measures are constantly revised to comply with the latest technological developments.
5.4. The data is stored on our Scaleway CS2 and C14 server. Scaleway is therefore responsible for the security, backup and maintenance procedures for the stored files.
6. Rights information
6.1. Exercise of rights: To exercise your rights, please send a request by email to the email address contact@e-signproof.com
6.2. Revocation of consent: You can revoke consent for future data processing at any time. However, this does not affect the legality of the data processing according to the consent before the revocation.
6.3. Right of access: You have the right to obtain (i) confirmation of whether your data is processed by us and, if so, (ii) more specific information about the data. More specific information concerns, among other things, the purposes of processing, the categories of data, the potential recipients or the duration of storage.
6.4. Right to rectification: You have the right to obtain from us the rectification of inaccurate data concerning you. In the event that the data processed by us is not correct, we will correct it without undue delay and inform you of this correction.
6.5. Right to erasure: If you decide that you do not want us to process your data further, please send a request by e-mail to the e-mail address contact@e-signproof.com or by mail to postal address represented in article 1.4. We will immediately delete your data and notify you of this process. If the mandatory provisions of the law prevent such erasure, we will inform you without undue delay.
6.6. Right to restriction of processing: You have the right to obtain from us a restriction on the processing of your data in the following cases:

7. Cookies
